I tried deleting it and reloading. But it still does the same - closes and shuts down? ### 1/5 — Disgraceful *2025-10-07, version 3.1.34* We had been insured with these people for a while. After we had requested to cancel everything listed under our policy number/name they still continued to deduct payment from our account. We are currently in the process of trying to get our money back however they are stating that we are not entitled to it as we didn’t specifically request a certain product to be cancelled which fell under the same policy number just to be clear. They are misleading people and actively legally stealing from clients. Don’t accept their VAP cover or any cover from them in that matter. Had a vehicle accident and I put forward a claim and a week later still no communication from them. On the app it says an advisor was assigned my case but the so called advisor has not made any contact with me and no one responds to the messages I send on the app. My question is why put a feature on the app but have no one constantly monitoring it so that they reply to customers.
