Can’t make any transfers after 7PM and to dispute a charge they have to cancel your card and make you fill out paper work. Super inconvenient. ### 1/5 — Terrible bank *2023-12-23* If you want a bank that embodies the worst stereotypes associated with banking, this is the bank for you. If you like to have your money taken for things you didn't r purchase only to be gaslit by their poor customer service, this is the bank for you. I would not recommend this bank to anyone, especially the Hazard Kentucky locations ### 1/5 — Unable to use debit card *2023-04-15* My checking account has been activated for over 24 hours and I can’t do anything with my debit card. Unable to add card to card controls and I’m unable to add my card to apple wallet. ### 2/5 — 2 stars *2026-08-02* The app itself logged me out of my account and every time I go to get my money i have to go through my mom who linked an account to send me money when i was off at college. Not to mention when I was trying to get help about this issue they said they couldn’t help me and i would just need to open another account. I am frustrated and cant get anything done till Monday morning, im not sure if it was a updated system or what but this has been going on for over a year and I’ve only had my card and account for 2 years. ### 2/5 — Updates terrible *2026-06-14* The worst real time bank app in the world ### 2/5 — Frustrated!!! *2022-10-12* The app use to let me in with facial recognition on my IPhone. Now it does the facial recognition and then makes me put in my password. What is the point of having facial recognition as part of the app if it won’t unlock it????? Just needs to be deactivated if I still have to use my password. The app is also making me get a text confirmation 9 put of 10 times when opening the app. The new upgrade went backwards as far as being a quick way to view my account. Not happy with the way it work now.!!!! ### 3/5 — Locked out of card *2018-07-14* Every so often the app asks me to answer security questions, the only issue is that the questions don’t relate to me at all therefore I get the answers wrong and get locked out! I then have to delete the app for 24 hours before trying again and even then sometimes it still won’t work!!
