Never have problems with this app but for the last few days messages are not loading. The message “something isn’t right” is popping up says the message is unable to load. Response times affect our rating so this is very important.

Edited to add: FIX THE APP. MESSAGES STILL DO NOT OPEN

Love having an app to manage the dealer side! The notifications seem to be a little inconsistent (not always appearing or still showing when you've read the message) but overall a very good app.
