I’ve almost had this account for a year. The online help facility can’t help nor can the bank itself. Very disappointing. You would think when it comes to people’s money that they would make sure their app actually works, but nope! Calling to report the problem hasn't resulted in getting it fixed. I tried turning off notifications but that didn't work either.
