This app is garbage, obviously this bank doesn’t care because I read other older reviews and none of their concerns have been addressed in this app, unable to use app for making payments, will have to use my other banks billpay to pay my car payment at 1st NC. When I called in this evening, the call center, a 3rd party group, was not able to give me any answers as to why the system is down. I said I would call the bank in the morning and was told the rep from the call center said she didn’t think the bank would be able to tell me anything as to why the system is down. I will still try and see if I can get answers in the morning but this is a big red flag! On two separate occasions now I have received text messages from the app confirming receipt of a deposit, and every hour on the hour for the next ten hours I receive the same text message confirming the same deposit over and over. Calling to report the problem hasn't resulted in getting it fixed. I tried turning off notifications but that didn't work either.
