After having them cancel on me after 20 minutes on two separate occasions I called them to find out why. They said the system automatically cancels jobs after 20mins. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

We booked the taxi an hour in advance to get there in time for our tram. We put in our card detail, the booking was accepted as pick up asap. We thought we would receive a text when a taxi was available however we waited an hour and did not receive any confirmation or any contact even though on the app it said we had an active booking. We tried calling the number which was at the taxi stand and tried calling the number which it gave on the app however neither even rang. It took ages to even input the card details which then didn’t work so now my card details are saved into an app to get a taxi that didn’t even turn up.

First 3 taxis were cancelled so was stood left standing for over 30 mins. Tried another later, taxi drove past us and stopped for 3 seconds nowhere near our hotel entrance. We tried to walk down to get him and he drove away. It’s extremely unreliable

Malísima app nunca aceptan los servicios (me lo han dicho los propios taxistas), llamas a radio taxi y tardan mucho en atenderte, no te dice ni el taxi que viene ni el tiempo que tienes que esperar…. MALÍSIMO SERVICIO TODO

Pide logueo, luego telefono, que actives permisos de gps, para luego hacer una busqueda y que diga que no dan servicio en la zona… perdida de tiempo

Desde hace un tiempo la aplicación dejó de funcionar correctamente. Ahora ya no te indica por dónde viene el taxi. Y no se puede saber si viene realmente o cuanto le queda.

De cada 5 taxis pedidos fallan 3, y la app tarda unos 5/10 minutos en avisarte. 
Diseño cutre y chapucero teniendo en cuenta que hay apps de transporte de sobra por ahí como ejemplo. 
Desgraciadamente en mi ciudad esta es la única opción, y no me queda otra, pero si tenéis alternativa ni os la bajéis.

Hemos pedido un taxi y no ha venido nadie. Cuando hemos querido cancelar, nos han hecho llamar a un número que ha tardado una eternidad en coger. Nos han puesto como realizado sin consultar. La chica de la llamada muy agradable, solo por ella le ponemos un uno.

The taxis are very strict on the number of passengers but the app doesn't let you specify how many. So basically it only works for 4 passengers or less..

No vale para nada, lo pides y automáticamente se cancela el taxi, y además desde que me registra me mandan mensajes spam.
Por favor borrar esta aplicación por llamarla de alguna manera de la AppStore.

Die App hat meinen Fahrt zu einem Ort geschickt, der 250 Meter von der Stelle entfernt ist, wo ich gewartet habe! Fahrer selbst empfehlen, die App auf keinen Fall zu nutzen! Über WhatsApp soll man Taxis bestellen, sagen die Fahrer von Palma de Mallorca.

This is not a good app. We waited 60 minute and when a taxi did show up they didn’t allow us to get in. Instead a Spanish speaking couple got in the taxi. They only allow Spanish speakers in the taxi. Please be careful and aware!!! If your English wouldn’t bother.

La aplicación no funciona bien en iOS al momento de registrarse cuando pide el número de teléfono no hay forma de avanzar de ahi. Tuve que pedir prestado un Android para poder registrarme

Hidden gem of Mallorca. Works like a charm! Would definitely recommend, although app is a little outdated. Works like butter after the 5-10 mins of making an account. Haven't encountered any scams yet through this app so pretty it's legit. The taxis are on time, nice and understanding. Just don't try to cancel a ride. U won't be able to. But u don't pay till the end of ur ride. Otherwise great experience if ur in Mallorca and looking for a cheap alternative to uber!

I used this app to get to and from work while I wait on my car to arrive. A taxi driver gave me a card that instructed me to download the app. You have to register for an account which was super easy. When booking ensure that you have your location on for precise pick up locations and make sure you are booking for the day that you want the taxi to pick you up…PAY ATTENTION. Very easy to book the wrong day if you’re not attentive; triple check. The taxi picked me up a couple of minutes past the time I requested (2-3 minutes). But all in all I got to work on time! If you know you’re suppose to be at a certain place at a certain time, please factor in a 10-15 minute time addition for good measure. Just in case they are running behind.

Vor allem für Vorbestellungen (wenn man z.B. sehr früh morgens zum Flughafen muss) super. Fahrer sind immer 5 min vorher da und sehr zuverlässig.

Terrific service, terrific App. In Menorca I live in a remote location but using the map - they always find me. 
As a tip just be careful about getting your pick up and drop off locations the right way round, keep an eye out for the cab and don’t move from the pick up location.

Nous avons utilisé cette application et le taxi était bien là le lendemain matin. Assez particulier comme fonctionnement car aucune confirmation de réservation mais visiblement elle semble fonctionner

We used the App to get a cab to pick us up from the supermarket  it worked great. My only challenge was loading Credit Card data but everything else was grand. 

I would recommend. And indeed have. Friends have now downloaded it. 

Use it you won’t be sorry.
