## What is 1THING?

1THING is the AI assistant for real estate agents. It sits on your calls and does the admin afterwards, so you can get back to selling.

Make and take calls on your own number — personal or business. The moment a call ends, 1THING writes it up: a summary, the notes, and the follow-up task or meeting, filed against the right person.

WHAT THE ASSISTANT DOES
• Summarises every call in plain language, usually within seconds
• Writes your notes for you
• Creates the follow-up — call, task or meeting
• Offers to add unknown numbers as a new contact, pre-filled
• You review everything before it saves

CALLING
• Calls ring natively, like real calls
• Your existing number still shows to clients
• Recording is your choice — turn it off before you dial, or on for an inbound call
• Transcripts available later on the contact's record

THE CRM UNDERNEATH
• Contacts, leads, deals and activities
• Buyer, seller, renter and tenant pipelines
• Unlimited custom fields
• Two-way email sync with Gmail and Outlook
• Business card scanner — photograph a card, get a lead
• Contact sync to your phone's address book
• A Today view of what actually needs doing

Works with your 1THING account at 1thing.ca. Sign in and go.
