Worst customer service available 
It took more than 20 minutes for the customer service to reply back to me 
I’m extremely unsatisfied with the service and many other food delivery services can do so much better
Strongly unrecommended!

Whatever I do - address can’t be updated ( it stays Helwan Masr gedida, although I open location in new Cairo, and manually wrote new Cairo), so all the shops are appearing for deliveries in Helwan

It enables you to buy specifically what you want, by describing it and adding its picture. As we all know not everything is listed in a supermarket’s categories.

Very easy-to-use apps, The steps are self intuitive and quick and give endless options.
Can’t wait to use it fully with various providers and see how it works. 

I am particularly impressed by the time frames that are no where found in Cairo altogether.
Egypt needs such a fast trolley on wheels!
