## What is 1Up Squads?

1UP is a social accountability app designed to help friends complete difficult goals through shared struggle and humor. The platform transforms habit tracking and fitness challenges into a competitive social experience featuring merit badges, progress tracking, and group heckling. Join, set up a challenge and invite your friends to participate with you. Each member of the team checks in daily on progress. You can send your friends merit badges or heckle them with de-merit badges for motivation along the way.
