COMBAT — THE CORE
Train four disciplines with programs for every level, from complete beginner to competitor:

TRAINING & SPARRING LOG

New in the Timer:

• MATCH MODE — a real competition clock. Pick a format (Judo, BJJ, wrestling) or set your own time. When regulation runs out it rolls straight into Golden Score sudden death, just like on the mat.

• TOURNAMENT MODE — enter your fighters, hit draw, and get a single-elimination bracket. Run each bout on the match clock and tap the winner to send them through to the final.

The interval workout timer is unchanged.

Fixes a display issue where tapping a text field could zoom in and shift the screen out of alignment. Text entry is now stable and correctly aligned throughout the app.
