That’s why I created 2 Focus. 2 Focus allows you to gradually train your mind to work deeply for longer periods of time. You can start at Level 1 (30 minutes) and make your way up to 4 hours. This app is completely free. There are no in-app purchases, no ads, and no premium features. The only thing I ask of you in return is that you consider donating to the American Diabetes Association.
