## What is 照顧達人2.0?

「賽馬會照顧達人計劃」由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金資助，組織照顧者支援照顧者，建立社區網絡； 關注照顧者的個人發展，協助規劃照顧以外的第二人生；轉化照顧者的照顧經驗，使他們在護理行業能發揮所長。


「照顧達人2.0」冀透過此平台協助照顧者尋找合適的服務、活動及工作機會等，功能包括：


1.	照顧資源地圖：提供全港各區照顧者支援服務資訊
2.	照顧者活動推介：提供全港各區照顧者活動資訊
3.	照顧者友善工作機會：張貼照顧者友善職位空缺
4.	全方位履歷表：協助照顧者製作包括「有酬」及「無酬」工作經驗，展現個人特質的履歷表，助僱主更能掌握求職者特質，配對合適工作崗位。
5.	照顧秘笈：分享「衣、食、住、行」照顧工作驗
6.	生涯規劃：分享生涯規劃概念及照顧者人生轉化故事
