Hellobus2 애플리케이션은 스마트폰과 컴퓨터를 이용해 통근, 통학, 통원 등에 이용되는 차량(버스)의 위치와 동선, 정류장을 조회할 수 있는 서비스입니다.

본 애플리케이션은 사용자가 이용 설정한 대상 차량이 지정한 알림존에 진입하게 되면 도착 안내 알림을 보내주어 탑승자의 차량 이용에 편리와 안전을 제공합니다.

또한 차량 운행사나 관리자는 차량의 위치 관제 및 도착 알림, 탑승자 정보를 확인하여 효율적인 관리와 운행 노선 최적화에 도움을 줍니다.

[서비스 이용 필수사항]

※ 본 서비스는 통근, 통학, 통원 등에 이용되는 운행 차량(버스)에 전용 단말기를 설치하고, Mobble-통근 서비스에 가입한 후 이용이 가능한 서비스입니다. 본 애플리케이션만 내려받아 이용할 수는 없습니다.

[기본 서비스]

▶ (사용자 위치 조회) 애플리케이션 사용자는 현재 위치를 조회하여 가까운 정류장을 확인할 수 있습니다.

▶ (차량 위치 및 정보 조회) 이용 차량의 위치와 노선을 조회할 수 있습니다.

▶ (탑승 정류장 지정) 탑승할 정류장을 지정하여 이전정류장을 출발한 차량에 대해 안내 알림을 받을 수 있습니다.

▶ (알림존 설정 및 푸쉬 알림) 사용자가 임의의 위치에 알림존을 설정하여 이용 등록된 차량이 이전 정류장을 출발하거나 알림존에 진입하면 푸쉬 알림을 받을 수 있습니다.
※ 지하, 산, 큰 건물 주변 등 전파가 잘 전달되지 않는 곳에서는 알림이 지연될 수 있습니다.

[부가 서비스]

별도 서비스 신청이나 단말기가 필요합니다.

▶ (QR 탑승권) QR코드 탑승권 발급으로 탑승자의 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
※ 본 서비스와 연동한 QR 리더기 설치 차량에 한함


[앱 이용시 요청권한 안내]
※ 하기의 권한은 필수 사항이 아니나, 미 허용시 이용에 불편함이 있을 수 있습니다.

▶ 알림 : 차량 도착알림 및 이용중인 노선의 관리자가 발송하는 안내사항을 받을때 필요합니다. 미 허용시 도착알림및 안내사항을 받을 수 없습니다.

▶ 위치 : 메인화면의 지도의 중심을 사용자의 현재 위치로 정렬할 때 활용합니다. 미 허용시 현재위치를 알지못해 임의 위치로 출력될 수 있습니다.
