Service & staff always excellent & staff very friendly. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-03-29* The new app is virtually useless! Despite lots of promises from head office my rewards still don’t appear ( 3rd month running). You can’t manage subscriptions, and now I’ve been made to use this app I can’t manage my subscriptions online anymore; so can’t re-order any beans - so now have to shop elsewhere ### 2/5 — Can’t add payment cards *2026-03-25, version 6.5.0* Lots of bugs trying to use Autofill when adding a payment card. Used support and they ask a question, I reply and they close the ticket. This had happened several times. Now automatically closing tickets without responding.
