When trying to log in it regularly fails with an error message. I’ve raised a case on the website but no response yet ### 1/5 — Not an “inclusive” App *2026-04-24* I wanted to use this App on my iPhone SE [gen 1] which is light enough and small enough to carry round 26.2 miles. The App wouldn’t download unless I’ updated’ to an iOS version my iPhone doesn’t support. So much for the London Marathon being ‘inclusive’ when some participants such as myself are unreasonably excluded ### 1/5 — Poor app from TCS *2026-04-23* App is riddled with bugs. Not enough characters in the box to let you log in with your booking ref, continual ‘can’t connect to server’ errors. I did manage to get in and view my expo pass, I took a screenshot, and just as well because I have not been able to see it again. Different reasons, but right now “Could not connect to server” and “oops something went wrong” seem to be the ones preventing most functionality ### 1/5 — 5km = 7km *2026-04-22* The app didn’t work on the first 5K practice run, the audio part worked when I set off, but when I was at 5K, the app said I saw just about over halfway. Will try again tomorrow. Very worried for a Sunday that it’s going to work accurately. I think once they got to the top of the park and on the 26 marker it started to bug out for me and said my dad had finished the marathon when he hadn’t yet. Why does the app not associate ballot runners with their chosen charity and why has the limit of participants to follow been set at 30!
