The app logged me out of my original account and wouldn’t let me back in claiming my password was wrong, I sent for a password recovery email but when I received that, that too wouldn’t load. I made a new 21B account thinking it might resolve the issue but it hasn’t. If I did find an item I liked, the tag took me to a different product (as one review said that they can’t tag recently purchased items). I downloaded the app again, pleased to see category filter. I selected woman and trousers - no results. I typed in Shorts - no results. I cleared filters and selected price range up to £45 - no results.
