Even so, we made an effort to assist you in your language, but it was still impossible to resolve the issue because you kept spamming our support team with the same message, overwhelming the service. Since you were unable to correct the issue, we refunded the full amount to your game account and invited you to withdraw again using the correct details. Instead of doing so, you continued threatening the company, which resulted in a violation of our terms and conditions and, therefore, your ban. This case is now in the hands of our legal team, and we urge you to remove the false review you have set in multiple games with multiple accounts. ### 1/5 — Lack of user privacy and safety *2024-06-26* I had another review posted however the response from the company made accusations that were completely false, I have documentation proving the falsehood, and didn’t address the content of my review. Although there are several issues the main point was was a complete disregard to enforce their own policy prohibiting users to post personal information on their discord. When I brought this to their attention they said they removed the posts but they were clearly unaware or uninterested in what I was referring to since it remained there. As for the harassment mentioned in their reply, the harassment was one sided towards myself and others, also documented by screenshots. This company has a lot of different games and contests and high league payouts and they seem to be making efforts to have a good platform. Unfortunately they are random with their policies and and inconsistent enforcing them. To the company: if you are going to respond again please be honest and avoid making accusations based on assumptions or rumors. Best regards. ### 1/5 — Lack of user privacy and safety *2024-05-24* Although my issue is related to an experience on their discord, it is connected to and handled by the company and the same customer service. Among several issues I won’t outline here, one is very concerning. That is posting identifying personal information about other users, a clear violation. When I brought this up to customer service the reply was they were aware of the specific situation and deleted the post. The problem with that is they didn’t bother to ask me what I was referring to or ask for additional information. There were several instances of posting personal information and instead of taking action and investigating, they removed one of many and continue allowing the people doing this on the platform. This shows a lack of taking privacy concerns seriously and an inability or disinterest in following their own guidelines. With so much competition in this market, it’s knowing the company you’re dealing with takes these issues along with fairness seriously that sets one company apart from another. egogames doesn’t fit that criteria and at best it’s hit or miss. Unfortunately I’ve heard similar experiences with withdrawing money and while I haven’t experienced that, the behavior and lack of communication is the exact same problem detailed here. **Developer response:** Threats and harassment to other users are not welcome on our platform. If you lose to someone 95% of the time , clearly you are not at the same level.
