It’s inaccurate.  I got it for the calendar.  Does not work!  Dividend pay dates just disappear.  Got divided from OMF but this didn’t track.  Got divides from DVN but this didn’t track.  They were there and then they weren’t.  If your info. Is bad then the AP is worthless.  I can do my own thank you.

Confusing and clunky interface, I played around with it for 15 minutes and just gave up on trying to add my stocks. Sorry, this app is not ready for prime time.

Update: I got a developer response saying they were working on the app and should have some improvements in a few weeks.

3/5 of my stocks are apparently non existent. so make app little pointless , looked promising but failed

**Developer response:** Thank you for you feedback. We are aware that we currently only have US stocks available. We are working on providing more stocks soon.

Ich mag es Apps zu diesem Thema zu sichten, um zu schauen, ob es nicht doch eine bessere App als die, die ich nutze zu diesem Thema gibt. Hier mal wieder weit dahinter und zwar aus dem Folgenden:
Bei einem Dr. Ing. kann davon ausgegangen werden, das er Datumsformate unterscheiden kann. Als Deutscher hätte ich auch gern dieses. Doch jetzt das völlige nervige: Apple kann auch in D. gehandelt werden. Warum zur Hölle muss ich meine Käufe in USD umrechnen? Alte Daten zu erfassen, macht doppelt so viel Arbeit.
Wenn ich keine App für den deutschen Markt entwickeln möchte und mich nur auf den US Markt konzentrieren möchte, dann optimiere ich meine App dafür. Es gibt nich weitere Dinge, doch hier war für mich schon Schluss. Gelöscht und Speicher gespart. 
Die App ist zwar noch neu, aber im Ansatz schon so falsch, das hieraus mit grosser Wahrscheinlichkeit nix wird.

04/09/2021 Working smoothly now. Timely response and update 03/01/2021 When I refresh my list a gray screen comes up and the app freezes. I cannot give a full review until this is fixed. So far I am loving some of the features that are working

I was looking around for something like this and it's the best for free. Atleast i think it's free haven't seen any in app purchases. I would get it if you don't want to spend money

I just started using this app in spite of its meaningless (to me) name. After first looking at a dozen dividend tracker apps in detail and finding NOTHING that tracks Total Yield ( That is Price Appreciation & Income Yield [on both cost & current price]), I opened this app to find Nirvana. 

THIS APP DOES WHAT NO OTHER APP DOES and it does it well. I’m thrilled because manually calculating total yields on dividend stocks is tedious and time consuming. But total yield is a fundamental feature of Dividend Stocks. And for stock investors, if your app can’t calculate the various components of total yield easily and accurately, then the app is wasting your time.  22 Dividend does all yield calculations easily and displays them elegantly and intuitively. It makes total yield an actionable item. How can you compare dividend stocks to non-div stocks, bonds, CEF’s, CD’s, Real Estate, etc., if you can’t accurately calculate Total Yield? You can’t.

Download this app and try it out. If you don’t understand what it’s doing and the information it’s providing, then please consider learning more about dividend stocks and how to calculate their appreciation and income yield components and then come back and try this app again. You’ll love it. And, more importantly, you’ll learn about the edge that dividend stocks provide over other (stock) investments. 

Notes to developers, please consider:
- changing the app name to DIVIDEND YIELD ANALYZER;
- beefing up your app description with an emphasis on its yield calculation features. You’re offering something both VALUABLE & UNIQUE;
- using a native English speaking technical writer to revamp all of your text online and in the app;
- adding an explanation as to how to treat DRIP purchases in the app and their impact on yield calculations in the app;
- maybe show the math formulas in your help/explanations in the app.
- adding technical and fundamental analysis features (then I’d likely hardly ever leave the app.)
