3、客服态度拙劣，一副你爱用不用的霸道样子；
4、山寨美国的23andme，窃取美国知识产权。
总而言之，是非常垃圾的产品，主要体现在企业文化上，一些无耻的人带坏了一款产品。

个人感觉，只是依靠一开始填写的个人资料，通过大数据，来给你呈现个结果。然后就靠各种不要脸的手段来骗你充值，不然就看不到其它内容。既然广告说的免费，又何来限制。这是虚假宣传。请大家慎购。

体验了之前发起的0元检测，预付50元，说是可退，然后寄回去之后才被告知，需要满足什么什么条件才可退，最终就是不能退！这是坑1。
不能退就算了，给出的结果有点用还好说，给出一大堆没什么用的结果，所有有用的结果都要另外单独付钱，按项目的哦，可能要掏n次钱，价钱还不低！这是坑2。
关键是这是我的数据，不给钱不看，那就不要用我的隐私数据去完善你们的大数据库！难道不需要我授权吗？合不合法我就不知道了。这是坑3。
