You can’t make a payment on it!! I had to go online to make my payment and it used the wrong date! I should have to midnight of my due date to make my payment! You go on to the site and when you submit a payment it gives you an error meanwhile the payment actually was submitted. Customer service is the worse! No one puts in notes then they want to charge you $10 to make a payment over the phone because their system is not working. They need proper customer service training because they are so unprofessional and you can’t even get a word in to explain your situation without being talked over so your issue doesn’t really get resolved. Often resets and scrolls to the top of the page when attempting to pay off my bill.
