Your day is 24 hours. 24 Hours helps you spend them on purpose.

Unlike a to-do list — which pretends your time is infinite — 24 Hours makes you budget your actual day. Give each goal a slice of your 24 hours, then tap to start its live countdown as you do it. Only one timer runs at a time, so you always see the honest trade-off: time spent here is time not spent there.

### 1.2.3 — 2026-08-09

Fixes goals showing as complete when time was left. Time spent away from the app was being counted twice when the app reopened, and the day only reset on a full relaunch — so a timer left running overnight could drain a goal that still had hours on it.

Trends: charts now say when there is no data yet, dates are unambiguous, and days no longer shift around daylight saving.

Editing a past day explains what it does, and Settings shows the app version.
