עזרפון 24/7 – איתך בכל מקום. 

לחיצה על כפתור האפליקציה מפעילה חיוג אוטומטי למוקד עזרפון ומבצעת איתור מיקום. 
שימוש באפליקציה יסייע בידי המוקד אתר את מיקום המתקשר ולהעניק לו סיוע מהיר במידת הצורך. 

האפליקציה מאפשרת קישור מיידי למוקד, המאויש על ידי צוות מקצועי ומיומן 24/7 365 ימים בשנה. 

איך זה עובד? 

1. לוחצים על כפתור האפליקציה 
2.  משוחחים עם המוקד 
3.  זיהוי מיקום המתקשר מתקבל במוקד 
4.  במידת הצורך ועל פי החלטת המוקד, מזניק הצוות שירותי חירום: מד"א, משטרה, מכבי אש (בהתאם לנהלים אצל גופים אלה)


האפליקציה מיועדת למנויי עזרפון בלבד, בכפוף לכתב השירות.
