安全マークでサイトごと表示されるのでタイムリーに出て、警告もあり、退出も出来てとても良い。

設定の仕方をみてもかなり違い、堂々巡りで苦労しました。やっとの思いで設定完了し使えるようになったのかな？？と思いましたら、今度ばブラウザ画面に小さな地球儀マークが画面の隅に表示されるのですけれど、以前は長押しすれば好きな所に移動ができたのですけれど、長押ししても決まった所に表示され、好きな所に移動が出来なくなりました。また表示されたり消えたり。設定方法を見ても、指定された項目が無くて全くわからず。iPhoneの機種によって違うようで、主人のiPhoneだと以前のように長押しで好きな所に表示移動が出来る。iPhone15ProMAXだと、以前はできましたが今はできません。以前のように好きな表示場所に移動できるようにして下さい。

ログインした後の【次へ】を押すとグルグルと永久待機…。初期設定が完了しません。iOS15.8.2/iOS15.8.3の4台のデバイスで試してみましたが、全て同様です。設定は長年使用していて何度もやってるので、手順は間違ってはいないと思います。

アプリでは、アプストアに書かれている物とかなり違います

年額プランを契約していたが、インストールした日時はアカウント内に明記されているがライセンスがいつまでか分かりにくい。書いてない。
PC版もスマホ版も同様に、ライセンス期限が書かれていない。
契約時のパンフレットを一年越しに確認すると、契約状況お問合せはノジマ店舗まで、とある。
この時代にポータルやコンソールでライセンス情報確認できないとは。
おかげでウイルスバスターを二重に入れてしまいました（自分がうっかりなのも大いにあるが）。
ウイルスバスターはトレンドマイクロのマイポータルにログインすると、ライセンス有効期限が誰にでもわかる場所に記載されている。こうであってほしい。
使っている間は安心感があり、UIもシンプルで不便を感じなかったが、ライセンス期限間近になって初めて不信感を持った。
