Please update it. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible No stars *2025-10-21, version 1.2* I ordered through the app and when filling in my coupon for a large two topping pizza I chose my meat and veggies but there is a cheese section and the wording is vague and can be very misleading. The first option say plain cheese (no other toppings). Since I chose my meat and veggies already my interpretation of this section is no extra cheeses. I selected plain cheese no additional cheese or extra toppings. I then proceeded to the free topping section and chose garlic butter and garlic on the pizza. When my pizza arrived I was surprised to see there was nothing but cheese and garlic butter. I paid 12.99 plus tax and delivery cash $21.50 total bill. I tried to call the restaurant to find out why the mixup and I found an extremely rude person claiming to be the manager, who wouldn’t even try to help me fix the problem. No matter how much I repeated that there was an app error. She hung up on me and my spouse and continued to tell me it was my fault for selecting plain no other toppings even though I had no clue it would erase my other toppings. I would not recommend ordering on the app or the website 241 and I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from 241 pizza on Lansdowne street in Peterborough. The manager is horrible at customer service and suppprt. I had to request a confirmation as I didn’t receive the one that is meant to be sent after ordering. She could have made it up and send me what ever she wanted at that point. Worst I have ever been treated as a loyal paying customer. After trying multiple times to get her to stop defending herself and start working with me to correct the error. I even offered to pay for the delivery fee again fr Or her to swap out the pizza so she could stop acting like I was trying to rip her off and realize that I the customer feel ripped off. ### 1/5 — It’s an 8 year old app *2025-10-05, version 1.2* This app had only one minor update 6 years ago. It’s a relic, and it barely functions. I noticed that the total price was different from the email confirmation when the driver arrived. This was due to a debit machine fee. I showed the driver and he adjusted it to the price on my email.
