I get a prompt to push 1 and the provider would be with me shortly. Then a box pops up that says “Sorry we missed you. Please call back or log in to schedule another visit”! Tried 3 more times to schedule a visit and kept getting errors/failed attempts. Wonder if the coroner will put me on hold, too?????? ### 5/5 — Highly recommended *2022-01-09* My wife and I have used this several times. In case you’re apprehensive, you can use audio only, if you prefer. It’s best to create your profile on the app BEFORE you need to see a provider. (It’s not very convenient to do that when you are feeling terrible.) We’ve been very pleased with response time, “bedside manner”, and quality of care. On our last visit, the provider even saw both of us during the same call! ### 1/5 — Prescriber Caused a long Delay *2021-03-01, version 1.6.0* What is the point of “on-demand” health care if the prescriber is going to leave one small item unpopulated causing a four-day delay in getting the prescription? I needed eczema cream and just because she did not fill out total daily dosage I have to wait until Wednesday. I even initiated a help ticket through the call-in number. ### 5/5 — Super Convenient!!
