Cu-atat mai mult 24pay nu te ia in serios ptr returnari de fonduri daca suma implicata este mica. Reprezentatii de la serviciul clienti trimit clientii la Compania De Transport Public Cluj, CTP trimite clientii inapoi la 24pay. Raspunsurlle servicului clienti de la 24pay variaza in functie peste cine da clientul si daca persoana respectiva are chef sa-si faca treaba sau nu in ziua respectiva. If you are lucky not to get a black screen every time you try to pay. The UI is 2012 for a backend from <2010 that is decent, pretty much explains why the app works like this. The integration with the bank barely works, the app says check the bank app to finish payment! One problem is that when you buy the ticket, it's already activated and you can't choose when to use it. I bought it once and it gave me an error.
