I feel even smarter!
I love this app! I actually learned something while playing a game. Simple, yet well thought out. Getting it wrong is no longer a problem, you get as many tries as you need, (hopefully no more than 4) I can actully stump my Grand-Father now! Definetley worth the $0.00!! 5/5

Wordnet may be the problem
This is a cute application, but they should use a different source of definitions. Some are okay for dictionaries but not for word games as they make use of different forms of the same word: eg "using deference" has the answer "deferential" - well, duh. Other definitions, as another reviewer has remarked, are inaccurate or wrong: eg, a "patient" is not a person needing but a person receiving medical treatment. This may seem picky given the application is free, but it's not the money. The English language deserves better than this.

Good game needs work
Great idea / concept - I loved this section of Brain Training for the Nintendo DS. However, work is needed on this. It just cycles through the same questions and no scores or anything. Each time it starts in the same place, so not much variety and no options to choose difficulty etc. It is good though, so hoping that updates change it for the better :)

Educational yet fun!
Didn't think this would be my type of game but once I played it I found it to be fun and educational as well. The words are challenging and could be spoken in conversation without sounding too button down and you might even sound a little intelligent after playing....heh! Guess learning can be fun. Pretty cool game. Oh yea.......and its free!

Love it and hate it too
I like this app. Not only is it free but it also let's you use other skills than your vocab. You can deduce the words, which is always good to practice. I like to be reminded of vocabulary and different ways I can express myself. I give this app 4 stars because I would like to see my percentage right and wrong, a difficulty level, and a list of the words so I can check off words that are repeated too many times or if I know themby heart.

Surprised!
Surprisingly i actually started to get into this game... The Idea is very simple but for some reason i couldnt pull myself away...I don't like how sometimes the word is in the definition that annoys me and it also puts the same word twice at the bottom, so u almost kno those aren't going to be the right words... All in all pretty good...just keep giving us updates with new words and i'll keep playing it!!

Poor grasp of English
This was not written by someone who speaks English as their first language. Some of the definitions are so unbelieveably wrong it's laughable. But the application was free....
