Convenient and Secure
My workplace implemented Keeper and I received a free licence for a personal account too. I moved all my passwords, 2FA and passkeys into Keeper. Their support is responsive and they are active in Reddit forums too. Great service and a great team that brings it to us!
My passwords are being held hostage
Using the free version and I cannot edit or delete passwords. Very annoying and disturbing. Canβt delete because Iβm worried about my info being out there in the ether π‘

Impossible to delete you entries
Absolutely terrible that I canβt delete my entries on the free mode. I want my account deleted but want to delete my entries first. I understand I canβt add anymore but to think I put my personal info in and I now I have no control to delete them. TERRIBLE - these passwords should be mine to delete. I would never recommend this app.

Impossible to cancel
It is extremely hard to cancel your account. There is no way online to cancel your account. After internet searches itβs clear you have to contact support to cancel your account. And they are not responsive.

Terrible Support
I was locked out of this app without an option to answer security question. My account was simply deemed not able to restore. Support was completely useless and told me to start a new account even though it would not retrieve my passwords.
Super app
Everyone should use an app like this to enable the use of complex passwords.
Used to be a big fan!
I quite like the Keeper platform and it works well. However I decided that I no longer needed the service and was going to cancel the membership. Keeper went and renewed the subscription 3 weeks before the renewal date without any warning. Now I can not get any help. The password service was great, but the customer service was terrible! You have no control over your account. Be aware of the security of your information!

Ridiculous and Extortionate, Paid Customer Support Only
Been using this app for several years and as of recently Iβm no longer able to add new records, change existing records, or delete old records. It also prompts me to subscribe to the paid version (which is almost $50 annually) not once, but twice every time I open it. Holding userβs personal data hostage is an odd way to promote your services. Customer service is also only accessible to paid subscribers, so I canβt get assistance in removing any of my information - brutal. Do not download.
