Use to be a great app
Very slick app. I've been using it for about a year and a half now. Reads cards great on my iPhone 4 and 4s. I have the app on my iPad too for call in orders. Works great there as well. Don't really have anything but good things to say about it. It's never given me any trouble. I used it with my iPhone 3GS too. Worked great on that phone as well, BUT now they want 9 bucks a month. Get "Swipe" or "AppCharge". They work awesome and are free or $0.99. No monthly charges.

Boo
Canadian account. Innerfence told us to go through another provider for a Canadian account. We pay fees to that other provider which is fine because the innerfence app is free. Now innerfence is holding our app information hostage unless we pay them for more services. We are now expected to pay 2 different providers for the same services. Boo. We have had the innerfence app for almost 2 years now. Was great until now. Goodbye. There are other options.

I have no complaints about this app except for the user interface, which I believe could be better than it currently is. I have been very pleased with the applications performance and I will continue to use it. I would very much like to see the Application improved such that it was able to interface with any of the credit card hardware readers sold on the market.

My favorite app!
This app works perfectly! It does exactly what it says and I've never had it go down. I've literally run hundreds of cards thru my iPhone using this app and I can't imagine going back to a terminal or my computer to process credit cards. It is so convienient to have processing at my fingertips out in the field. Buy it - you won't regret it!

Ccterm blew up my biz
The signup process was a little red-tapish, but the app is reliable and easy to use. If you need to take customer payments over the phone and in person, this is your solution. The main competitor (Square) does not work for phone payments unless you are willing to forge your customers' signatures (bad idea). Ccterm's card swiper is pricey, but you don't need it. You can still key in card numbers in person.
