Fees, fees and some more fees
The app itself is really cool, I love having the option to charge a card whenever I need to but there are few too many downsides, first the monthly fees second processing fees, third the amount of people you have to deal with.
I understand there are security issues, but through the whole process of setting up a merchant account I felt like they were doing me a favor by opening me an account. They even called one of my very respectful clients to confirm my identity. Then there are the fees, the rates they advertise are very unlikely to be applied to you, you are looking at high 4% or more, then there are monthly fees, then there is the time it takes to get your money in your account.
I believe this app can be setup with different merchants then the ones they use or however connected they are, do anything possible to set it up with somebody else, if you do go with them just pray something don't go wrong

Convieniance/Reliable
The title says it all..
Simply Awesome!
We purchased this credit card application after looking at several others, but settled on Innerfence because of the service we received during our search. After finishing a three day expo over the weekend, I can tell you that this application along with the free card reader is awesome! Credit card transactions were a snap and not to mention the reaction from customers after seeing us transact their purchases over the iPhone! Not only were we able to get instant approvals for credit card sales, but once the transaction was finalized, we were able to offer customers the option to have the receipt emailed to them as well!

Too Expensive
This works fine, but it is too expensive for my small business. Not only is there a monthly $25 fee, but there is also a processing fee. It also did not give me a chance to put in what the items sold were. There's also too much typing going on, and I noticed a couple of customers walk away while I was doing this because I was not available to talk to them. Otherwise, the CC was approved right away, and I received a copy of the receipt in my mailbox the same day. Not bad, just too expensive.

Easy to use
I use this app for my small salon business and I really love it! It's fast, easy to use and emails a receipt directly to my client (which they love). Initially, I was worried that my clients would be uneasy about me entering their credit card info into my phone, but most people have been fine with it. I use the well-known Apple motto, "there's an app for that", as a quick and simple way to explain why I'm using my phone. The process to set this up with the merchant and authorize accounts was pretty simple and fast, as well. Thanks innerfence! Love it!

A great application
This credit card terminal is amazing, and getting it setup is very easy. I applied for a merchant account through Merchant Focus and was approved in no time. As soon I was approved, I was able to set up my terminal & was accepting credit cards the same day. I was blown away by the quick customer support. Whenever I needed help, or had a question, Derek Del Conte, the co-founder, emailed me with a helpful response. I even requested a terminal for my mac, and he emailed me a link to set it up! The $50 Itunes gift card is also a plus. When I was approved for a merchant account, they emailed me with the gift card. The credit card terminal only costs 99 cents, but it would still be a steal if it cost $50 or $100. If you're a business owner, this is a must have!

Perfect Small Biz App!
Downloaded the app in January but only got to use it this past week. It took about 2 minutes to enter the CC info & finalize the transaction. We vend at festivals & faires where there usually is no electricity, so this app worked out great! Tip: buy a stylus to have your customers sign with. My iPhone got dirty quickly from the oils off of peoples fingers when they signed on the screen.

I was looking for a way to accept credit cards for our vacation rental house and after researching for a while, this had the best reviews so I thought I would try it. I submitted my application and their partner, MerchantFocus, was fast to get me a merchant ID and very friendly. I received my set up info and it took me less than ten minutes to get my account set up and running to take credit cards. It is so easy to use and I am very happy with it!

Still a Godsend!
I bought this app when it first came out and it has only gotten better with each release and iOS update! Simple. Easy to use. Reliable. And it provides plenty of "wow" to impress clients. A definite plus!
It'd be nice if, when choosing a client from my address book, I could specify which of their addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers to use (and I'd been told that such functionality was in the works for an upcoming release), but that's a minor complaint, rarely an issue, and easy to work around.
This app is an absolute MUST HAVE for any small business owner or entrepreneur.
