Frustrated
Its one game for all levels. Very annoying since its a paid app. Wish there would be 50 games per level. Tired of same game day after day. One star is to high a rating$$&@")(;
locking up
Cool sudoku is one of my favorites until now. Entire slate of games is locked up. All show complete with dashes in every box except Kakaro which is blank in every box and Killer which immediately exits the program. ?? Have been using iOS5 for nearly three weeks and no problems until yesterday. Identical problems on 2nd iPod.

While I did give this sudoku game a five star rating I am sad to have to remove three of those stars. I tried to play the kakuro style and realized that it is very inaccurate. The numbers horizontally and vertically are not comprised of 1-9. There are multiple repeats of the same number in the vertical and horizontal lines. Please fix this error! It makes playing this stye completely useless. I hope you will send out an update very soon correcting this error so I can give you a higher rating.Show lessEric + Lyn Uram
Five-star app
I upgraded to the latest version with the understanding that I could chose the old format. Unfortunately, it is not a choice on my iPad. If that were fixed, this would be a five-star app.
Even with the new format, the games are easy to use and intuitive. There are nice options like auto possibles to customize the game to your preference. It's better on the iPad than the iPhone; my middle-aged eyes don't have to struggle to see the numbers.
I'd love to see a red pen option for making educated guesses. That way you wouldn't have to restart from scratch if you were wrong, and you could keep your pencil marks.Show lesspoche_mom
Cool sudoku
Good levels of difficulty. Still needs undo and re-do buttons. It's hard to see the pencilled 1 in the first cell in a cage that has a double figure total in the killer sudoku.YinnarVic
Live sudoku but not the format
I love the puzzles but really dislike the new format. I also wonder about the leaderboard. I don't think I could enter the numbers in the fastest times on the board if I had the solution in front of me, let alone having to work it out.Dr Yabby
Only small issue
Really enjoy variety of puzzles. Particularly a fan of killer sudoku which is harder to find. Only problem with the new look is you can't see the pencil mark 1 when the clue total in the corner of the box is double digits. I hope they fix this soon.TrottC
Great puzzles, but fair interface
I love the puzzles offered by this app; the variety is fantastic. However, the interface could use some work. For example, there's no way to undo previous moves, or to mark an entered value as a guess or a try. Also, the clock timer continues to tick away even when the app is in the background.
Still, the variety and quality of the puzzles make this app a great purchase.Show lessBigBlueAggie
Hate the new format!
At least give us a CHOICE of the old format - the new one stinks! Pencilled numbers illegible under sums in killer, all progress deleted if you leave and come back, a line of numbers instead if a grid...should I go on? Michael Mepham will be turning in his grave. This is NOT what I paid for.jools7wood
Please fix the new bug!!
I have played the daily killer, jigsaw, and kakuro for several years. Please bring back an option for the old format. I liked the 3x3 grid for numbers. The pencil 1 is often hidden in the new format. I liked the pencil/pen toggle better.
The only problem I had on the old format was sometimes going out of the game accidentally when trying to tap the top corner squares.
