Great potential, lacking a couple important features
It's nice to be able to try this before buying the full version. I use Colors on my DS. The tilt opacity is surprisingly effective. However I miss the ability to make a brush that has tilt control for opacity and thickness currently it only affects one or the other. For me that's a major feature it lacks. So I'll stick with the DS until that changes. Also it be great to be able to import photos from the camera roll. Colors is a great on the DS and it's a great addition to the app store.Show lesskingofzombies
Simply amazing!
This is by far the best drawing app out there. I just downloaded this today, and it was totally worth it! It's a ton of fun and has many different possibilities - just take a look at the gallery! This app is BY FAR the best app I have ever tried! I love art so this is perfect for my little doodles! It makes the paintings look amazing! One concern is the alignment. Once you mess with it you can't fix it.DQuental
Awwwww yeahhhhh!
This is by far the beat writing app on the store. I have tried 9 other apps but none can come close to this. It may seem like a simple doodle pad, but the point us what you can do with this. For example, look at the galleries and say this isn't better than some monochrome sketchpad. Bottom line get this amazing FREE app.
- the difference between this one and the full version is the ability to save work and upload it.

Best app for serious artists
I love this app! After trying it i have purchased the full version so i can upload my own paintings. If you are just curious what is possible with this application you should check out gallery within lite app. Prepare to be blown away! in lite version, you cannot save your picture and upload to network.(even though you have screenshot,you can only 'see' picture) anyway cool app i hope you guys use your color in low saturationYGun

Better than expected!
This app is very usefull!! I just made a cool doodle and saved it!! Yes the ipod has built in screen capture! Press hold sleep button and while holding press the home button and release both at same time and the screen should flash white for a second and the pic will be in photo app. Please test on home screen first so you don't accidentially exit out of the app and lose your drawing. Very usefull can use two finger touch to make things even better! I meant that you can already use two finger touch and it is sweeeet!! It just sounded different. Is a must have free app!! Great application - BUT...
...please be aware of one thing: If you were thinking of buying the Pro version of this application based on the great artwork they show off in their online gallery, you should know that 99% of the top painting were done on a Nintendo DS, using a much more precise stylus pen, and were NOT drawn on the iPhone using a finger.Show lessBrettArchibald
