PLEASE HELP!
I’ve been using this app for 12 years and it just crashed on me - black screen. I have over 8,000 invoices and it’s disheartening to know I may never be able to retrieve that data. I’ve contacted support and like others mentioned, I too haven’t received a response. I’m so upset.Gone?
I get a black screen on each device and different versions I use. All gone?Help
I have used this app for years now and it’s worked great until recently and now, it won’t even load up. I am happy with the app but very disappointed that there is no tech support. I don't want to dog the app, just want some help figuring out why it stopped loadingUsed to be great...

Should have seen that last review in 2019 to get the heads up that developer support for this app seems indeed dead... Emails were sent and no reply. Website no longer accessible... Apple support can only say to keep trying... Here is a 2021 review saying you may want to avoid installing this. May not open anyway as it did not for me when helping a small business owner... A feature request would be that Apple initiates the a heartbeat monitoring process with developers updates and support and notify customers so they do not get orphaned when they drop support...Show lessApp crashing
And it just went blank!! Can’t access all my invoices and reports. Been using it for years and made it work for me. But now I am at risk of loosing all my invoices for the year. Terrible situation to be in.App is dead
