This is a very handy app, don't listen to these idiots who think you cannot add money to your budget figure. They just aren't creative enough to realize that when you create a new item, the program automatically sets the transaction up to deduct money from your total budget (also known as spending), the inverse of this action only requires that you denote the monetary sum involved in the transaction as a negative! If you can't figure that out then:
1) You need something other than an iPhone app to help you manage your finances
2) I am suprised you can operate the device you are now holding
That being said, spend the money on this app, I almost didn't even try it because of these idiots that write reviews after 10 seconds of using something and need instructions paraded in bright colors at every turn.
