No sound, does not show up as an app in Settings on my iPhone.Michaelseanso
Does nothing
At least most of the other tricorder apps have the LCARS look and some functionality, this has neither. Also comes muted and only plays if you unmute it with the speaker icon next to the emergency button. Sadly, pretty useless. Doesn't even have a good LCARS look for wallpapersOdumC

Best Next Gen Tridorder Yet
A wonderful app, looks, sounds and feels authentic. CBS did a great job with the Communicator and the PADD, but this is the only Tricorder worth its name. Grab a Phaser and you're ready for the away team.Another Friend of Shep

I love this app, remember when some of us were kids when the TNG came out, none of this was available to us. better than it's other predecessors out there, no hidden charges, plus more realistic sounds. I'd love to see this app develop and have more options, it has the buttons and lights for it, hopefully this is just the first version, hoping for updates. Plus can someone make better iPad lcars apps with red alert, everything included, if I was a computer programmer I've got some brill ideas, just need to find someone I can pitch my ideas to.Show lessDanny boy34
Not Bad. Pretty Sounds, No Function
Geek squee achieved. Worth a buck. Wish there were more Star Trek apps out there.
Oh and there is a button to enable sounds just to the left of the EMRG button. Looks like a speaker.Jeremasaur
