Translates but bad voice
I hate to give bad reviews but the voice part of this application is dreadful.
The volume is extremely low and the digital computer voice is terrible. However some voices are not computer driven and are good but extremely low in volume (on my iPad anyway).
The transaltion is good and simple to use but until more effort is put into the voices and volume I can only give it one star.
Increase the volume and replace the computer driven voice and I will re-rate the application.Show lessNelloOZ
Rubbish don't buy!
It doesn't work! I have tried many phrases in Arabic and Hebrew but when played back they are all in English, all be it a bit slower than someone would normally talk! I feel ripped off and want my money back!rhys.wales

Keyboard
Disappointed, Keyboard way to small this was designed for a Palm pilot with a stylist not fat fingered people needing reading glasses to see the keyboard. Fix it guys and Gals and have a volume slider on screen as well and you'll have a 5 star program. I can use Google Translate with Voice easier than this program I bought. wasted the cost..Show lessScorpionjack

Don't waste the bandwidth! Completely useless - doesn't even use the iPhone built in keyboard, instead it uses some "virtual" keyboard that is slow to respond and tiny keys. This app should be removed from the store!!

Translator with voice - review
This app leads you to believe that you can speak into your phone in English and it will translate and speak out in the language you choose. You have to type in the sentence on a very tiny keyboard and then it will speak in the language you pick. I chose Spanish for a test since I speak some Spanish and was very disappointed in the quality of the voice doing the translation. I am most disappointed though in that you can't speak into the phone, you have to type.Show lessfarmergolfer
Dysfunctional App, will not do what they advertise...
So as I was looking up things for my new iPad, i came across this. I have several friends from places like the Ukraine, Turkey, etc., and I would love to be able to not only get translations fast, but have it pronounced and have the chance to maybe learn some of the phrases. While the text-tex translation works, there is no voice, the VK doesnt work, and in general this is a failure app. I WANT MY MONEY BACK on this app!
