Continuous errors when trying to “deactivate account.” Terrible user experience not being able to cancel something that’s going to charge me if I don’t cancel.

Tried to sign up but they got my email wrong and there’s no way to contact them. Also warning it costs money to use I wouldn’t have even downloaded app or signed up for the app had they been upfront about that fact. 👎👎
