This app provides details on the classes being offered, easy payment option, history of classes and orders, as well as sections with other health resources available. Easy to use for all levels.

Dawn is beyond AWESOME!! She and the classes she offer literally feed my mind, body, and soul! I feel like a better person since taking her classes. I must not forget to mention the real and positive transformation in my body physique and overall stamina!! Lastly, the friendliness and motivation from the other ladies is an added BONUS!!!
