Creating your own is easy. It would be nice to be able to list things under each entry and see completed for multiple items. If there was a way that we could choose photos from the web to use as the thumbnails if we don't have photos ourselves. Also there should be more updated suggestions. For maintaining a list with deadlines and pictures, this app does it well. Not bad for 0.99. The suggestions help get my mind thinking. My still growing list goes from what there is no problem doing if i just put my mind to it, from things to better myself....such as breaking old and making new habits, to learning how to say hi in 6 or more languages. The next level are things a bit harder but may still be in my reach, such as visit canada, go to disneyworld one last time before i die (was ther once, for my honeymoon in 1979), go whale watching, loose weight.
