The best you can do for your dental health is to brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes. The timer app makes it easier to brush for two full minutes in the morning and in the evening.

Research in Dental Health
«2by2» is part of a larger research project called «Care4YoungTeeth». The project aims to explore new solutions to motivate youths to create good habits for oral and dental care. The solutions are developed in a collaboration between youths, dental health personnel, product designers, service designers and scientists.
