Some are not available on Grab/ Food Panda. Bad: Super slow delivery. Everytime when I use this app delivery takes more than one hour. Sometimes close to two hours. No online customer support. Waited for more than 2 hours for food to be delivered then the driver cancelled and refuse to deliver. Called the driver and he hangs up the phone. App is terrible in finding a second driver. In the end we have to go to the restaurant to get the food ourselves. What a joke. This is not the first time I have issues with using the app. Do not use this app if you want your food delivered in time. The worst time is when I order my food around 8:45pm and it states that delivery will be made around 9:30pm. When I check again at 9:30pm, it changes to delivery tomorrow morning around 10:30am. Call customer service and their service was just bad. They ended my call before I finished talking. Would never order from here again. ### 1/5 — Bad compliant to delivery timing and bad customer service *2022-12-20, version 7.0.0* The order was set to delivered at a future time and was pressed on confirm, however, food was delivered immediately not following the time that asked to deliver happened in multiple times. Contacted customer service, rude and voice even louder than customer and defend their mistakes but blame on customer claimed customer did not select the time correctly. Screen shot multiple times to customer service, their explanation is repetitively same and no improvements. Happened not only to myself but also to my colleagues. Would rather choose Grab and Panda, ban this apps. Ordered a meal but waited more than 45 minutes for the driver to even head to the kitchen to collect the order. Wouldn’t choose this service anymore. Seriously I’m not confident with EASI. Also should allow us to drop a message to the drivers pre delivery (upon ordering) instead of only the calling option. Isn’t it dangerous for them to ride and answer the phone? The whole thing doesn’t make sense ### 1/5 — Worst delivery app ever. *2022-05-03, version 5.12.5* My second time ordering food from this platform, paid and waited for an hour and the order got cancelled with no reason. And another 1 hour plus later, the restaurant called me asking about my order, they say they got my order from the app. so Easi company, not only you are making fun of customer but also your merchant as well. Clap for you , Number 1 Asian Delivery App. ### 1/5 — Poor Service *2022-04-26, version 5.12.5* The fact that the restaurants accepts the order first rather than finding a rider first is very dumb. Ordered food, restaurants prepared food within 20 minutes, but then finding a rider takes forever. Went to the customer service chat, told them the problem but still took quite some time to arrange the rider. Only can have my food an hour later the food already finished prepared. ### 1/5 — Horrible platform *2022-02-14, version 5.12.5* Always peak hour no rider, then what is this platform for? Most of ppl need at peak hour. Food order very fast, but need to wait for very long time to get a rider, the whole process is not right, it should be confirming can give a good service to customers only confirm order la, why need customer to bare the risk of no rider and eating cold food? It is the problem of the operation company. Not to use it. ### 1/5 — Cannot make payment with card *2022-01-21, version 5.12.4* I have this problem since last year. I cannot pay with my debit card everytime I confirm my order as there is always an error. Called your customer service and they said will resolve the matter and send me an email. That was 2021 and till today,2022, I have yet to get an email to my problem and even with the new updates, the problem is still there. Even your customer service team can’t give me a reason why but just a “It shouldn’t be possible”. What kind of explanation is this? Are you telling us to fix your app instead? ### 2/5 — Bad Experience *2021-12-31, version 5.12.1* The driver called me few times just to ask me to call the restaurant to pass him the food at main entrance just because he doesn't want to go to the loading bay to park his motor and pick up from the restaurant. He said the address is main entrance not the loading bay……but end up he also follow the instructions from the security and delivered successfully…so i decided to give 2 stars instead of 1. ### 1/5 — Poor arrangement and bad refund *2021-12-23, version 5.12.1* The fact when an order established is not done synchronously with securing a rider/deliver guy, means during peak or when time short of rider, your order will be left there and no one to deliver even you paid delivery fee!! For that reason I end up go pick up myself after waited an hour, yet after requested for refund on delivery fee, what I got is just a discount voucher forcing me to use the service again…with expiry date! Worst order-delivery experience ever!!! ### 1/5 — Ridiculous long waiting time *2021-12-22, version 5.12.0* What a funny policy, you are expected to wait for 1 hour for your food delivery. By the time food arrived, is already cold. I ordered at 2.07pm, food finished packed at 2.14pm, no driver pick up since till 2.58pm and delivered on 3.14pm. I ask to cancel the food but can’t because according to their policy, the estimated time for delivery is within 1 hour, which mean if the food waited for 50 min, will not be entertained. When I call is not within 1 hour, so cannt cancel the order, how ridiculously that you expect your user to wait 1 hour. This is the worst delivery apps that I use. It was supposedly sent to 3, Jalan 3A, but the delivery company did not even bother to check at the guardhouse about directions. It was sent to 3, Jalan 3. I called them and their response was slow. Could be better if their delivery partners had better responsibility. Delivery cost was $12!! A BAD experience!
