## What is 2min?

Stop doomscrolling without hard blocks. 2min adds a short pause before Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other social apps — so you open them on purpose, not on autopilot.

HOW IT WORKS
• Open a social app — 2min shows a calm pause with a thought to reflect on
• Changed your mind? Close it and keep your minutes
• Still want in? Choose how long — from 1 to 45 minutes
• When time is up, the app closes itself. Only that app — everything else keeps working

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Screen Time for every social app, this week vs. last
• How much time you saved and how many times you changed your mind

WORKS WITH 19 APPS
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitch, Netflix, Tinder, VK and more.

FREE AND PRO
• Free forever: the pause for one app, time limits and statistics
• Pro: the pause on all your apps and switching between them without a new pause
• Try a week of Pro for free — no card needed

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
2min is built on Apple's Screen Time framework. Your usage data stays on your iPhone.

Setup takes about a minute in the Shortcuts app — 2min guides you step by step.
