## What is 2MR?

2MR is a training log built for two people instead of one.

You each log your own lifts. What changes is that the other person can see them: your last session, what you lifted, whether you have been in this week. That is the whole idea. Training with somebody is the difference between going and not going, and every other log treats you as one person alone.

PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF
Every lift starts at the weight you finished on last time. If you have never done it, it says so rather than inventing a number.

TAKE YOUR PARTNER'S SESSION
If they trained this morning, their day is waiting for you. The same lifts, at your weights, not theirs.

MAKE A DEAL
Agree how many sessions each of you will do. Neither of you finishes unless you both do. If you get ahead you can count a spare session for them, twice a block, and they are told.

SEE IT WHILE IT HAPPENS
When you are both in the gym, their sets land under yours as they do them.

IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Gyms have thick walls. Everything you log is saved on your phone first and syncs when it can, so a dead zone costs you nothing.

No ads. No subscription. No bodyweight, no photos, no measurements. It asks for your email and what you lifted, and nothing else.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-27

The coach can now remember what you tell it, and you can see and delete
anything it has noted. Hold any reply to report it.

A workout no longer merges into one you left unfinished days ago, and evening
sessions are filed on the day you actually trained.

Audio plays through your earbuds instead of the phone, and holding the mic pauses
whatever else was playing.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-27
