Dobrý den, přístupy používám několikrát denně , fungují rychle a celkem i spolehlivě, když si nezapomenete vzít mobil ze stolu😉 to jsem potom před zavřenými dveřmi jak bezdomovec, myslíte že se v brzké době dočkáme aplikace na chytré hodinky? Děkuji E.

Works fine on the IPhone but there is no Apple Watch version so you have to reach for the phone every time you try to open a door. Porting the app to Apple Watch should be a no brainer.

**Developer response:** Hi Hojat, thanks for your feedback. We're already working on wearible compatibility, so watch this space :). Also, if your admin has enabled the functionality in the reader, you can open the door without removing the phone from your pocket just by touching the reader. Alternatively, card mode lets you use your locked phone like a card, by presenting it to the reader.

Pretty good. UI could be better. Apple Watch app would be a great addition.

There's an in-app report form where you can choose 'feedback suggestion' to tell us your thoughts, if you'd like to.

Hi,

Love the phone app with my iPhone, what would be awesome is to have the app available on iwatch aswell.

Coming back from a run and not worrying to have to carrying a FOB or your mobile phone with you to get access back into your office, this is a real inconvenient when everyone is out for lunch and no one to buzz you in.

This will be a great feature to have on top of your great product.

Apple Watch please. My hands are often full and my company won’t allow the touch option so I have to put things down or fumble with trying to get my phone out of my pocket. And my phones Bluetooth is not the most reliable so there’s that.

Update: For this trying to pair the phone to the module, you have to touch the module to initiate the pairing. This is nowhere in the documentation. 2N, please update the manual. Unfortunately, the Module takes a long time to detect the phone. Time can vary and sometimes can be 2 seconds, which is not bad. But, most of the time it just takes forever, or the module can’t find the phone it fails. I’ve tried setting up the proximity setting to medium, and I get the same results. Waiting for an update that improves connection with the phone.

Malheureusement l’app utilise beaucoup trop la batterie. 
Depuis que je l’avais installé j’ai constaté que je devais recharger mon téléphone beaucoup plus souvent.
Et effectivement : 75% de l’utilisation vient de cette app en arrière plan !
Il devrait y avoir un moyen de contrôler ça, car pour le moment ça ne vaut pas le coup de la garder.

Nach dem Update auf iOS 13 muss man immer die App geöffnet haben (also nicht nur im Hintergrund aktiv). 
Sobald man mal sein Handy auf Flugmodus hatte muss man die App sogar schließen und neu öffnen. War vorher nicht so !
Bitte um schnelle Fehlerbehebung.

Con 2n helios verso 2.0 e modulo tastiera tattile,Bluetooth,Rfid top! Si configura in 10 secondi e funziona stupendamente! App intuitiva ed elementare nell’utilizzo e configurazione! Poi cosa che non mi ero mai accorto si può anche diminuire o aumentare la potenza del Bluetooth a bordo in modo da essere sicuri che apra solo se si è effettivamente ad un massimo di 2 metri dal dispositivo!

Verstehe nicht wie hier manche 1 Stern geben können. Ich habe das System mit iOS14.7.1 auf Herz und Nieren getestet und auch andere Systeme die wirklich nur ein Stern verdient haben. Aber das System ist einfach nur Genial! Respekt den Entwicklern und allen dazugehören. Macht weiter so! So ein komplettes System gibt es nirgends und hat alle 5 Sterne verdient. Ich bin nur noch glücklich und verblüfft wenn ich Daheim oder in der Firma ankomme!

Po vydání nové verze aplikace, celý systém funguje bezvadně, odpověď čtečky na mobilní telefon je velice rychlá a dveře se otevírají vzápětí. Po trochu složitější implementaci v naší společnosti hodnotíme tento systém velice kladně.
