When I contacted support, they blamed me, claiming I tried to request the code multiple times and that this was the reason my account was banned. However, this was sold as a full one-year service, not a one-time use. I then requested a refund. They agreed, but told me I had to request it through the App Store since I used iOS. I submitted a refund request to Apple, but Apple declined it. At this point, you can decide whether this service is worth your money.
