Extremely infuriating ### 2/5 — Poor service at the at the Long Beach store *2023-07-29, version 1.9* We have made several trips and they tell us about an hour and we end up closing the store with the employees because they do not do your large brings in order. We get told your next and it’s still skipped. We on the app the next day it was still available. On the third day it said sold out ! Sizes aren’t even quickly indicated from thumbnail view either. Very disappointed with my first visit. Dropped off my stuff and was told it would take 3 hours. I returned after 2 hours but was still happy to wait the 3rd hour. I was then told it would be " another few hours". Dreadful experience! Constantly crashing, item descriptions are odd. Can be one of the best resell site but lacks app presence. ### 1/5 — Oh man… The user experience is bad. *2023-11-19, version 2.1* I'm not sure if they just hired a 14 year old kid with some type of bootstrap UI kit that started changing random type styles for different elements but let alone that with lack of contrast not even meeting WCAG compliance, insane inconsistency in font weights, spacing, and so on… Even heading into the most popular categories like t-shirts or sweatshirts, the filters tell you that it’s not even applicable for the pages WHILE you gives you a button for it, and if it is it's for maybe only a price range. Images are so low resolution, hard to really see quality. Overall very buggy. Instantly taking my money elsewhere. It’s a shame. But looks like the right decision based on the other reviews too. ### 1/5 — Worst shopping app I’ve ever used *2023-11-18, version 2.1* It’s kind of like they don’t want you to use this app. It’s maddening to use: you can’t really search, sort or filter. I finally did find something I wants to buy, bought it, only to get an email saying they don’t actually have the item anymore (which a lot of reviewers experienced). Truly awful user experience. ### 1/5 — Love the store, hate the app *2023-09-26* Filters are useless, if they work at all. Can’t believe size is not a filter. Or brand. You sometimes get to filter by price, sometimes you get to filter out sold items. Sometimes. And that’s pretty much it. ### 1/5 — STAY AWAY *2023-04-02, version 1.9* Nothing like the Japanese counterpart. Every single order is flagged for “security issues” or “voided for fraud.” If I use the same form of payment to make a purchase multiple times, and I even clear it through my debit card, and multiple credit cards in an attempt buy something it shouldn’t be marked as fraud every single time. Lost out on several pieces I was interested in but you all lost out on a customer 🤷‍♂️ If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would. Complete joke. ### 1/5 — Can’t purchase via the app *2023-03-01, version 1.8* Don’t bother downloading just use the website. There is no add to cart or buy now option in the app. Also it does not allow you to sort by in stock. And my favorites did not crossover from the website to the app. ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service *2023-01-30, version 1.8* Their definition of “very good condition” is very poor. If you call smelling like body odor, 6 large stains, a few holes, and messed up print “very good condition” then this is the place for you. Multiple times stuff like this has happened with my orders. The prices are reasonable and I love that they come with authenticity certificates. I do advise for buyers to read the descriptions and look at the photos.
