But, when using the App on the TV (as in the installed App on my TV) The sound mixing seems to go up and down through videos in terms of volume, like music loud, voices quiet, or one person is distinctively louder than others. EVERY SINGLE TIME i try to watch anything on this app the video “buffers” stops and never starts again, i have to close and reopen the app to continue watching just for it to do it again in 5 mins. not only that but on the tv IT DOES THE SAME THING, and not only that but IT SKIPS WHOLE PARTS OF THE VIDEO!!! like it will literally skip 5 mins of the video like a scratched dvd skipping over the scratched parts! it annoys me so much and i’ve had the app for around half a year now and i NEVER wanted to post a bad review about them but im trying to watch RIGHT NOW and it is causing me problems to the point that it is making me mad! if you are thinking of getting this app maybe wait until they fix the millions of bugs they have in this app first. 😡😤 ### 2/5 — Terrible with chrome cast, content not what I expected *2024-09-18, version 8.801.1* We have two chrome casts in our house, with both the app constantly messes up the playback I unlock my phone to do anything. It often continues playing on the TV and then starts playing from a different point on my phone, then I have to close the app, restart, click on the video and find where we were up to. It’s a small thing but it just makes watching videos a bit laborious. As for the content, a lot of it has been “meh” lately. We’ve seen Keith eating things and a whole lot of the inside of the Try Guys’ office. I’ve been a fan since the BF days but it’s getting hard to justify the cost of another subscription service when most of the videos I just seem to tune out of now, with the exception of Trolley Problems. It feels like these shows put the cast in a box, which is a waste of their comedic talent. Also, the guys pushing a patreon for their podcasts is a huge ick. I just can’t enjoy it when I go to make the video full screen. My eyesight is already bad enough and now I can’t even make the video full screen without it all going black and then crashing the app. This is a huge bug and honestly not worth the subscription I am now already roped into for a year. I watch your content the day it comes out and now it is not even accessible via the platform you created for it exclusively.
