I have seen an uptick in misplaced laundry. The final straw for me was the price increase for comforters. I received a card with my most recent drop off telling me about a charge for comforters. That's insulting considering the app (as of 3/8/25) boasts the Linen bag holds a king size comforter. Since I send bed linens out with my laundry this price increase no longer aligns with my budget and laundry needs.
