The calendar will not pull up. ### 1/5 — Please Discontinue Service *2025-05-12, version 4.0.6* I did ask not to put staples on my shirts when dry cleaned and next thing I see is STAPLES on my shirts. Staples can cause uncomfortable wounds. ### 1/5 — Second chance *2025-02-16, version 4.0.5* Gave 2ulaundry a second chance after issues with multiple deliveries. I have been using them since their start up here in charlotte. This last time was a try us again you won’t be disappointed! My laundry said it was being delivered for 18hours. The driver just dumped it a neighbors house. Never sent the delivery confirmation!!! Thank god it was a neighbor and I lugged my huge bag of laundry home! This company picked up my laundry last Wednesday. They returned someone else’s laundry the following day & now my children and I are missing all of the laundry we sent in. There is no phone number to call & customer service chat is not reliable in providing updates. They have failed to update me on orders, dry cleaned an order that was supposed to be washed which damaged an item and they tried to blame me for it, and their customer service is miserable. ### 1/5 — Lackluster customer service *2023-10-11, version 2.0.13* I started using the service with The Folde then a couple months in, it became 2U Laundry. Rarely had issues before when it was The Folde, and when a problem came up, the fixed it immediately. This last order from 2U Laundry was delivered when I was at work and I brought it inside when I came home to change and head out to my next gig. Came home and started to put the laundry away and noticed right away that they didn’t follow my instructions of using a hypoallergenic detergent. The smell coming out of the bag made me nauseous. So I messaged them through the app to report the issue and Cici responds to confirm my preferences on file and apologize for the situation. She offered to rewash the order at no cost and asked when I wanted to schedule a pickup. I request pick up the next morning because most of my shirts for one of my jobs is in the order and I need them back ASAP. I put the bag out as I headed to work, assuming that they’d just pick it up in the morning. Woke up to find a response from a new rep, Nicolas, who tells me he’s taking over the conversation because Cici is out of the office and if i need a pickup, I need to schedule it through the app. So now, since I need the clothes for work tomorrow, I have to spend my only day off this week doing laundry, so I tell Nicolas that I want a refund of the $65 they charged me to screw up all my clothes and to cancel my account . He responds with excuses and tells me he will put in for a refund when he escalates my order. Completely ignores my request to cancel my account. I tried to give them a chance to fix the problem and all they did was try to make excuses and then make me do the work on fixing the problem. They were extremely rude and promised the app was going to be good... it crashes every time I open it or try to log in. I have seen an uptick in misplaced laundry. The final straw for me was the price increase for comforters. I received a card with my most recent drop off telling me about a charge for comforters. That's insulting considering the app (as of 3/8/25) boasts the Linen bag holds a king size comforter. Since I send bed linens out with my laundry this price increase no longer aligns with my budget and laundry needs.
