### 5/5 — 湿度のアラート通知要望

CO2のセンサー感度も高く、温度や湿度も他の機器と比べても検知精度が高くて満足しています。
温度とCO2のアラート通知ができるため、湿度の通知も出来るようにして欲しいです。冬場は室内の湿度も低くなるため気になります。

ソリューションとしては良いのですが、パッケージにも描いている公共の場での環境表示(開示)に使おうとした場合、アプリが管理者モードしか対応していないので、ここに誘導できないのが惜しいですね。
また、機器登録がQRコードのみというのも、設置後に登録変更したい場合など、本体までアクセスしないとダメなので、MACの入力でも良いようにしてほしいです。
ラトックシステムさんのハードは評価できるのですが、ソフトが追いついていないところが「家電リモコン」等と同様で惜しいところです。

本体発売後数日でiPad対応アプリも提供されるアプリのアップデートがありうれしいです。
また、WEBマニュアルに記述がない「環境アドバイザー」の説明がアプリ画面で確認できるようにアップデートされてうれしいです。(2021-6-4時点)
■CSV保存機能への要望
(1)現状計測データのCSV保存は前日分までしかできません。CSV保存できるだけでうれしいのですが、今現在の数値を加工して使うことができるように直前のデータまでダウンロードできるようにして頂きたいです。
(2)計測データの保管期間(CSV保存可能期間)はWEBマニュアルでは「無制限」と書かれています。(WEBマニュアルのバージョン記載はないが2021-6-4に確認)　しかし、RATOC社HPには、「クラウドからログのCSV保存が可能　日々の計測データはクラウドに蓄積(最長2年)。月額無料で利用できます。」という記述もあります。小生はWEBマニュアルの方が正しいと信じています。
